All lessons we offer are online via Zoom, Teams, or Meets. They are on a semester basis. We use google classroom as our main learning platform. Every week, an instructor uploads a lesson plan, study materials, and assignments there. Students are expected to download them before each lesson. We send out a weekly email with a lesson plan every Sunday.

Please contact us or submit the questionnaire. We will send you the class information. Once you agree on it and pay your tuition, we will invite you to the google classroom. You can start taking lessons right away.

Yes.  As long as there is a spot available, you can join anytime during an ongoing semester.

There are between 3 to 6 students in one class.

Students are responsible to make a monthly payment for 5 months regardless of attendance. No refund will be issued for absence and drop-out.

Please fill out and submit the questionnaire. We will contact you as soon as we can. After receiving confirmation of your registration, we will set up an online meeting to discuss lesson plans. If you have questions about lessons, you can ask at that time.

We can start as soon as the lesson plan is laid out and agreed upon. A minimum of two weeks after the initial meeting is generally required to start your first lesson. Lessons are expected to start within a month of the meeting. If you would like to wait to start your lesson later than that, please contact us again within one month of your preferred starting date. Please note that the originally assigned instructor might not be available if you decide to wait.

Once your lesson schedule is set, we cannot change it. A lesson may be rescheduled if our instructors has any technical problems. However, if you let us know of your absence by the 15th of the previous month, we can take that lesson out of your schedule before it is finalized and you will not be charged. This rule applies for only one absence per month. You are responsible to pay for the second, third, fourth, and fifth absence.

It depends on what you would like to study. Please contact us to discuss that.

It is a month to month basis. Contact your instructor by the 15th in the previous month if you would like to stop taking lessons from the next month. (e.g. Contact by 4/15 to cancel from 5/1) You can cancel lessons anytime; however, no refund will be issued once payment is made.
